1. Return Period: You can return the purchased items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. The items must be in the same condition that you received them and must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons. These include, but are not limited to, fashion and trippy accessories. For these categories, all sales are final.

3. How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at [support@doghome.com]. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be returned at our cost and will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
